Hallo zusammen,
ich versuche nun schon seit einer Woche 3D unter Suse 8.0 zum laufen zu bringen, leider ohne Erfolg.
Habe mir fast alle Einträge hier im Forum angeschaut bin aber nicht wirklich weitergekommen. Nun hoffe ich das einer von euch mir weiterhelfen kann.
Ich habe bereits folgendes ausprobiert:
1.Die Treiber von Nvidia gezogen, und alles so gemacht wie es in der readme Datei steht.
2.Das Tutorial hier im Forum angeschaut. Nach dem die rpm installation nicht funktioniert hat, versuchte ich es mit den .tar dateien, ging auch nicht.
3.Im google und in der Suse mailing liste gesucht brachte alles nichts.
4.Wie schon gesagt in der /etc/x11/XF86Config habe ich die Einträge 'Device, Driver von 'nv' auf 'nvidia' umgestellt, unter Module load 'glx', danach konnte ich aber weder gnome noch kde starten.
5.Sax2 sagt auch das er 'glx' nicht laden kann, und auch nicht mit dem nvidia treiber umgehen kann.
Das bringt ein rpm -qa | grep GLX:

Ich hoffe das ich zusammen mit euch zu einer lösung komme, so schwer kann das doch nicht sein. Oder doch ???

ich versuche nun schon seit einer Woche 3D unter Suse 8.0 zum laufen zu bringen, leider ohne Erfolg.
Habe mir fast alle Einträge hier im Forum angeschaut bin aber nicht wirklich weitergekommen. Nun hoffe ich das einer von euch mir weiterhelfen kann.
Ich habe bereits folgendes ausprobiert:
1.Die Treiber von Nvidia gezogen, und alles so gemacht wie es in der readme Datei steht.
2.Das Tutorial hier im Forum angeschaut. Nach dem die rpm installation nicht funktioniert hat, versuchte ich es mit den .tar dateien, ging auch nicht.
3.Im google und in der Suse mailing liste gesucht brachte alles nichts.
4.Wie schon gesagt in der /etc/x11/XF86Config habe ich die Einträge 'Device, Driver von 'nv' auf 'nvidia' umgestellt, unter Module load 'glx', danach konnte ich aber weder gnome noch kde starten.
5.Sax2 sagt auch das er 'glx' nicht laden kann, und auch nicht mit dem nvidia treiber umgehen kann.
Das bringt ein rpm -qa | grep GLX:
