problem mit rndc und BIND 9 in chroot umgebung

hallo

habe bind 9 auf dem sarge stable installiert und gemäss anleitung von:
http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect_setup_debian_sarge_p3
in chroot umgebung installiert.

wenn ich jetzt bind9 starten will, bekomme folgende Felermeldung:

# /etc/init.d/bind9 restart
Stopping domain name service: namedrndc: connect failed: connection refused
.
Starting domain name service: named.



habe noch folgendes probiert:

# cd /etc/bind
# rndc-confgen -a
# rndc-confgen > rndc.conf

# vi rndc.key
hash kopieren und beim rndc.conf ersetzen

zusätzlich habe ich den teil von rndc.conf wegkopiert, hash angepasst
und zum named.conf hingefügt.

hilft aber nicht !

man rndc habe schon etliche male studiert, komme aber keinen schritt weiter

weiss jemand woran es liegt ?

problem behoben !

es lag an rechten:

# cd /var/lib/named/etc/bind
# chown root rndc.key
# chwon root rndc.conf
# chmod 600 rndc.key
# chmod 600 rndc.conf
