startx lässt sich nicht starten

habe Linux neu installiert, bei dem Versuch startx zu starten erhalte ich im Log folgende Meldung:

An einem Fehler in der Konfiguration des XServers. Poste doch mal die Datei(en) /etc/X11/XF86Config, /etc/X11/XF86Config-4, /etc/X11/xorg.conf

(EE) I810(0): No valid modes.Sicher, dass hsync und vrefresh stimmen? Scheinbar kann er mit den Daten keine Auflösung darstellen. Im Handbuch deines Monitors sollten die richtigen Werte stehen, manchmal auch auf dem Aufkleber auf der Rückseite.
Ändern kannst du das in einer der Dateien, die MiGo genannt hat (je nachdem, welche davon benutzt wird), in der Section "Monitor".

Ich kann nocht nicht im im yast bei Hardware die Grafikkarte etc. ändern. Bild wird kurz schwarz und dann bin ich wieder da wo ich war, bei der Auswahl Textmodus oder Grafik...
