Ich werd aus der Fehlermeldung nicht ganz schlau.

Sind die kernel-sourcen denn überhaupt installiert/entpackt und existiert ein Symlink /usr/src/linux auf die aktuellen sourcen?

yep, würde auch sagen die kernel sources bzw. headers fehlen oder sind nicht richtig verlinkt....

mhmhmh.. sogar das KDEControlCenter meint
The kernel configuration could not be read due to the following errors:

cannot open /usr/src/linux/arch/i386/config.in for reading


Linux kernel versions 2.5 and above are not yet supported.


Either your kernel sources contain invalid configuration rules or you just found a bug in the KDE Kernel Configurator. Was kann ich jetzt machen..
Neukompilieren wuerde ich nur zu ungern.
