Archiv verlassen und diese Seite im Standarddesign anzeigen : TFT Auflösung 1280x1024 fkt. nur unter Knoppix, nicht unter SuSE :-(
hallo linuxgemeinde,
ich habe seit ein paar stunden einen neuen monitor, und zwar den flachbildschrim belinea 101920 neuer serie. ich bekomme jedoch unter suse leider nicht die klassische auflösung von 1280x1024 eingestellt. der monitor läuft immer unter interpolierten 1024x768, was grausam aussieht. wenn ich unter yast2 / hardware /grafikkarte und monitor auf "neu prüfen" klicke, stellt er korrekte daten ein:
Karte: NVidea RIVA TNT2 Ultra (nv)
Monitor: VESA 1280x1024@75 Hz [31-70 kHz / 50 -75 Hz]
Auflösungen: 1280x1024
Farbtiefe: 16 bit
3D-Beschleunigung:
Aktiviert
wenn ich die einstellungen jedoch übernehme, passiert nichts. auch nach einem neustart ist immer noch laut osd-menü des monitors diese lausige auflösung eingestellt.
deshalb habe ich mal von cd knoppix 3.3 mit folgendem boot-befehl gestartet:
knoppix vga=1280x1024 depth=24
und siehe da, es bewegte sich etwas im monitor und auf einmal war das bild so scharf, dass einem die augen trähnten :-)
meine frage: wie bekomme ich diese auflösung auch unter suse 9.1 eingestellt. yast2 ist offenbar unfähig
gibt es für suse ähnliche attribute für den bootloader ?

hat keiner eine idee, wo der fehler liegt ? wie man sieht, ist in der config-datei von suse noch der alte scott-monitor eingestellt ... mit sax2 kommt aber, wenn ich den monitor auf "vesa1280x1024@75Hz" ändere, immer die meldung "der monitor(0) mit ddc-id: MAX0778 wurde nicht gefunden. möchten sie den monitor manuell auswählen ?
der belinea 101920 steht aber nicht in der liste und wenn ich wieder "vesa1280x1024@75Hz" auswähle kommt wieder die fehlermeldung :-(
Ich hatte ähnliche Probleme mit meinem Röhrenmonitor. Knopix kann es auf Anhieb, SuSE braucht ne Weile gutes Zureden. Möglicherweise geht es bei Dir mit einer ähnlichen Vorgehensweise wie bei mir.
Ich versuchte einen ganz anderen Monitor als den angeschlossenen zu konfigurieren. Das akzeptierte SuSE nicht. Als ich dann endlich zu meinem Highscreen "zurückkonfigurierte" klappte es plötzlich.

ja mittlerweile klappt es bei mir auch ... auch wenn ich nicht weiß, wie es geklappt hat ... ich habe etwas an den frequenzen gespielt :-)
