Linux fuktioniert nicht mehr...

hab keine ahnung was für distri du hast, aber ich nehme an suse, dann kannst du mal irgendwie dein system über live modus starten (bin redhat user, weiss es net gnau) dass du halt irgendwie als root in das system reinkommst...

sorry, es heisst glaub ich boot installed system...

Ich komme schon noch ins System rein nur weiss ich nicht was ich da machen soll...das Löschen von conf.modules hat nicht gebracht..

schau mal nach ob du noch ne
sicherung von /etc/modules.conf hast
müsste heissen :modules.conf~ oder so
sichere die jetzige modules.conf als modules.conf.geht.nicht
benenne die modules.conf~ in modules.conf um
löche conf.modules
evtl rufe dann mal SuSEconfig auf
und starte mal neu

wenn du die befehle nicht kennst
dann benutze doch mc ;-)

Danke! Linux läuft jetzt wieder aber ich bekomme die Soundkarte nicht mehr zum laufen...ich kann das Ding mit Yast2 konfigurieren wie ich will...ich höre gar nix. Wenn ich direkt Veränderungen an der Datei modules.conf vornehme geht wieder gar nix mehr...

für sound kannst du ja im schlimmsten fall OSS nehmen, die freeware version...
ist auf der suse cd drauf!

Mit deinem Problem bist du anscheinend nicht alleine. Nach etlichen Support-Anfragen hat SuSE einen Bericht in die <a href="http://sdb.suse.de/sdb/de/html/thallma_sndneu_71.html">SDB</a> eingetragen, der dir in deinem Fall weiterhelfen sollte. Meld dich nochmal, wie es dir ergangen ist.

Danke, ich habe die Soundkarte selber wieder zum laufen gebracht...ABER wie kann ich jetzt diesen &(/&(/@#¼ Joystick installieren? Sobald ich Änderungen an modules.conf vornehme geht wieder nix...
